Leitrim Roots Festival 2006

The Leitrim Genealogy Centre will host a week long programme of events, tours, workshops and a full entertainment programme. The tours will include visits to local museums such as Glenview Folk Museum and Strokestown House. There will be lectures on Leitrim genealogy, the famine in Leitrim and Leitrim in the nineteenth century. There is also a full programme of evening activiites, walking tours, workshops and more.
